What exactly am I partnering on?
You are partnering on a specific residential asset (a unit or block). We fund 50% of the capital, you fund 50%, and net profits are shared 50/50.
How do I receive returns?
Net profits are distributed based on the schedule documented in your Unit Partnership Agreement, accompanied by a transparent operational report.
What are the typical ROI projections?
While performance varies by asset and location, our optimized residential units can earn up to 86% ROI annually.
Who handles the operations?
